Is RFME free?
Yes. Listing a home, car, item, food or stay, browsing, saving and messaging are all free. When someone pays you by card through RFME we keep a small fee, shown on the pricing page. Buyers and guests are never charged extra.
How do I list something?
Tap Sell, choose what you are listing, add photos and a price, and publish. Bright photos help. You can edit or take your listing down at any time from your account.
How do I add my business?
Choose Refer a business and fill in the details. Business listings are free. We look over each new one before it goes live.
What does Verified mean?
Verified members have had their ID checked, so people know they are dealing with a real person. It is optional and has a small monthly or yearly fee. Verified members also pay a lower fee when they are paid by card.
How do I stay safe when buying or renting?
Meet in a public place, never pay in advance or pay a deposit before you have seen the car or home, and keep your messages on RFME. If something looks like a scam, use Report on the listing.
How do viewings and bookings work?
Landlords and hosts set the times. You pick one and they confirm. Guests never pay a booking fee. When a host is paid by card through RFME, the small fee comes out of what the host receives.
What is the Sunday Draw?
A free weekly draw. Each verified visit to a business earns an entry, and one winner is picked at random every week. The full rules are on the Sunday Draw terms page.
